Process

1. Acknowledge organization’s issues with creating instructional videos
2. Determine simplest method to provide field agents with clear and easy instructions for creating videos
3. Create a guide with detailed steps for using Camtasia (video creation software)
4. Distribute guide throughout organization and receive feedback
5. Revise document as changes arise
